Dinner and conversation for the woman who built the career, the family, the life, and is ready to stop carrying all of it by herself.Â
When Did "I'll Just Do It Myself" Become Your Default?
Â
You did everything you were told would make you feel like you made it.
The degree. The title. The family. The calendar that runs like a military operation.
And somewhere between the 6 a.m. emails and the school pickup you swore you'd never miss, a question started following you around: who's taking care of you?
"Having it all" was supposed to feel like a reward. For a lot of us, it turned into a second full-time job.
This evening is your permission slip to put some of that down, surrounded by women who already have.
DOING IT ALL WAS NEVER THE ASSIGNMENT
The women who go furthest know what to hand off.
Â
Let's talk about how they do it.

HOSTED BY...
GINA ZAPANTAÂ
On the eve of the AlderTalk Summit, Gina Zapanta is gathering women at the Ritz-Carlton Bacara around one question:
what would your life look like if you stopped proving you can do it all?
Gina, Betty, and Kathleen get honest about the parts of balance nobody posts including
-
Delegating without the guilt
-
Boundaries that hold at work and at home
-
Ambition on your own terms
-
Then the table opens up, and the conversation becomes yours.

A Note From Gina:
Most people know me as a lawyer and an advocate. I've spent my career in other people's corners: in the courtroom, on civic boards like LACERA and COIN, and in the community of women I've built through Empowered With Gina.
I'm also a mom of 4 and a wife who has never pretended the juggle is pretty. I've said yes when I meant no. I'm still learning that asking for help is a strength.
I believe the right circle will find you.
Her Seat at the Table is me pulling up a chair for yours.
I hope to see you there!
