EWG x LatinaFest Elevate Retreat: Initial Deposit

All attendees must submit a $500 deposit + processing fees, regardless of the room option chosen. During checkout, you will be paying this $500 deposit, which will be applied towards your total registration amount.

Your Stay Includes

  • 3 nights of accommodations at ZA Ranch

  • All meals, snacks, and beverages during the retreat

  • Full access to all group sessions, workshops, wellness programming, and activities

  • Curated group experiences and immersive retreat activities

  • *Round-trip group transportation between MSY (New Orleans International Airport) and ZA Ranch

    • *To be included, you must arrive by 1:00 PM CT on Thursday and depart with the group shuttle at 10:00AM CT SHARP on Sunday, October 5th

    • Any transportation needed outside the scheduled group shuttle is 100% the responsibility of the guest.

  • Flights are not included

Room Selection & Deposit Info

  • A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. This will be applied toward your total retreat cost.

  • You will receive confirmation of room selection within 72 hours of deposit being submitted and processed.

  • Some private rooms offer double occupancy options — email [email protected] if you’d like to share a room with a friend.

Payment Plan & Cancellation Policy

  • Flexible payment plans are available: pay weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or choose a custom installment schedule that fits your needs.

  • All balances must be paid in full by September 18, 2025

  • All payments become non-refundable after September 1, 2025 — no exceptions

  • The $500 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances

  • Cancellations made before September 1st are eligible for a refund excluding the deposit

  • No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued after the final cancellation deadline

Airfare is NOT included in the registration price. Attendees are fully responsible for their flights. If your flight lands outside of the group transport window, you are responsible for your own transportation to and from the airport.

If retreat is canceled due to illness, weather, acts of God, or any other reason, there will be no refund.

Empowered with Gina, LLC is making no promises, guarantees or assurances when registering for this trip. All information and events during the event dates are voluntary and for informational and entertainment purposes only. 

By paying for and registering, registrant on behalf of themself, heirs, successors, assigns, agents, trusts, beneficiaries, executors, administrators, guardians, and legal representatives (individually or in any group; collectively, “Releasor”), hereby exempts, releases, acquits, forever discharges, and holds harmless Empowered with Gina, LLC (individually or in any group; collectively, “EWG”), their respective officers, directors, members, administrators, trusts, managers, agents, representatives, servants, employees, successors, and/or assigns (individually or in any group; collectively EWG, the “Releasees”), whether acting on behalf of EWG, or individually, from any and all liability, claims, losses, payments, harm, damages, costs, demands, claims and expenses of every nature whatsoever (collectively, “Damages”), whether in contract or in tort or under any other legal theory, arising out of my participation in the Activity and/or any Associated Activities. Releasor further agrees not to make any claim against, sue, or attach the property of anyone or more Releasees for any bodily injury, death, loss, or damage to personal property, or other damages, including those resulting in whole or in part from the negligence of the Releasees or other acts or omissions of the Releasees resulting from my participation in any Activity and/or Associated Activities.
