In Her Power | Initial Deposit

All attendees must submit a $500 deposit + processing fees, regardless of the room option chosen. This $500 deposit will be applied towards your total registration amount.

Once your deposit is submitted, our team will reach out to finalize your room selection. Payment plans are available.

Your Stay Includes

  • 3 nights of accommodations at ZA Ranch

  • All meals, snacks, and beverages during the retreat

  • Full access to all group sessions, workshops, wellness programming, and activities

  • Curated group experiences and immersive retreat activities – including going to New Orleans!

  • *Round-trip group transportation between MSY (New Orleans International Airport) and ZA Ranch

    • *To be included, you must arrive by 1:15PM CT on Thursday, October .  15th and on Sunday, October 18th the group shuttle with depart at 3pm CT SHARP (recommended flight departs from MSY at 6:40pm CT)

    • Any transportation needed outside the scheduled group shuttle is 100% the responsibility of the guest.

  • Flights are not included

Room Selection & Deposit Info

  • A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. This will be applied toward your total retreat cost.

  • You will receive confirmation of room selection within 72 hours of deposit being submitted and processed.

  • Some private rooms offer double occupancy options — if you’d like to share a room with a friend please email: team@empoweredwithgina.com to inquire

Payment Plan & Cancellation Policy

  • Flexible payment plans are available: pay weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or choose a custom installment schedule that fits your needs.

  • All balances must be paid in full by September 30th, 2026

  • The $500 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances

  • Full balance becomes non-refundable after October 1st 2026 — no exceptions

  • No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued after the final cancellation deadline

  • Cancellations made before September 15th are eligible for a refund excluding the deposit
