Step-by-Step Registration Instructions:

• Initial Deposit Submission:
• Secure your spot at the Elevate Retreat by submitting a $500 deposit. This deposit not only confirms your participation but also reserves your place on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Receiving the Follow-Up Email within 72-hours:
• This will contain further instructions and details about the next steps in the registration process.
• Payment Structure:
• This email will outline your payment options, which could include a flexible payment plan, paying 50% upfront, or paying in full. Our aim is to accommodate your financial needs in the best way possible.

Room and Bed Allocation:

• Guaranteeing Your Preferred Spot:
• We work diligently to ensure that the bed or spot you prefer, and for which you have paid the deposit, is reserved for you. Our goal is to meet your expectations for comfort and satisfaction.
• First Come, First Served Basis:
• Please note that room and bed allocations are based on a first-come, first-served principle. Your prompt deposit submission increases the likelihood of securing your preferred spot.

• Your flight to New Orleans (MSY)
• Any excursion, activity, meal, transport, etc., that is not part of the Elevate programming

• Arrival flights must land no later than 1:00 PM CT on Thursday, October 2nd to be included in group transportation to ZA Ranch.

• Group transportation will depart ZA Ranch at 10:00 AM SHARP on Sunday, October 5th.

• If your travel plans do not align with the scheduled group transportation (e.g., late arrival Thursday or early departure Sunday), you are fully responsible for arranging and covering your own transportation to and from the retreat site.

• No additional group shuttles will be provided.

• All attendees must leave the property by 10:00 AM on Sunday — no late stays or exceptions will be permitted.

NOTE:

• “Single Occupancy” and “Double Occupancy” rooms are private rooms with ONE bed (King or Queen) — you can keep the room all to yourself or share the bed with a guest you know (must be arranged in advance).

• All other rooms are shared rooms with multiple beds. In those rooms, you’ll always have your own bed, but you’ll share the room and bathroom with other attendees.
